Gen Con sessions getting reported?

Pathfinder Society

Any idea when we can expect to see these sessions reported?

Shadow Lodge

I know that sometimes it can take quite a while, especially with Josh's shoulder surgery. I can't speak officially, but likely it will have to wait until he gets back.

Josh has to personally enter all the sheets we turned in at Gencon? That's a raw deal. I know it was four days of sessions, but surely an intern could have typed it all up by now.

Liberty's Edge

Have they all been entered yet?

Only played once on Sunday and starting to get thing organized up here and just am curious.

That second GM star is gonna look mighty nice of my card...

Liberty's Edge

Well I am actually concerned that I need to do something else.

I think the GM left in a hurry as well so not sure if it "did" get reported. I am sure it did and just worried for no reason.

If something like that did happen what would I need to do. He did fill out a Chronicle sheet so I would have that....

Just a reminder to everyone asking Josh to hurry up and put those games up.

The official scenario report is the chronicle sheet you got, not the Paizo website, if it does not show up on the site *Any game not just Gen Con* it does not matter since you have that chronicle sheet.

The only thing that Paizo site is used for official numbers is Statistics for Josh and stars for GMs.

Not saying GMs should not put them up, but players don't need to worry if a game you where in is not on the Paizo site.

So no reason to rush him.

Yea I understand that it can take some time. Heck it just took me four days to register an event i did. I understand "life" happens.

I also know one of the reasons for the regional coordinators is to get GMs to register their events. The most efficient way to do that is to do it sooner rather than later. Otherwise things do get misplaced or side tracked.

But my question wasn't saying hurry up it was inquiring if it had been done yet. Because I didn't know if I had to do something as well to get it to show.

Now I know it's not been done so Ill wait another month and half before inquiring again.

Sean

Edit: From me posting this to start reading again the Pathfinder Society guide chapter 12 last bullet point.

So their can be dire consequences. Probably not so much for Gencon because Pazio already has the numbers but there is a reason to do it sooner rather than later.

I posted it just because that is what I personally believed, then to read that I actually laughed out loud.

Gen Con sessions take forever to report. Last year it took me two full work days to enter them in. Right now I don't have two full works days to dedicate to it. The moment I have two full days to dedicate to it, they'll be entered, I promise.

I bet that is what they feel like some time! :O)

No the biggest concern I had was that I needed to do something. If its just not been entered no big deal.

As Dragnmoon had said we have the Chronicle sheet. I was just double checking my self.

If for no other reason to know what to tell people when they start registering there stuff up here in Alaska.

Mark's new. New people don't ever have things to do. So make him do it!

What about having a faithful servant/regional coordinator do them for you? I know one who likes nothing more than to enter session tracking sheets in his spare time...

(serious about the idea though)

I second that!

I've got some time (complete lie, but still willing to assist).

I thought at one point I read that the Gencon events were reported.

If that is so it's not showing up. If they have not I'll keep waiting.

I have entered slots 1-8 and should have 9 & 10 reported by the end of the week. PaizoCon scenarios will be reported next, clearing the backlog of Paizo reporting. If you ran or played a session the first two days of GenCon and have not seen it show up in your sessions, please contact pathfinderSociety@paizo.com and we'll look into it. If you can include your PFS scenario, the slot number, GM name/number from your Chonicle, and what scenario was played, that will help us track it down.

The job isn't even an obstacle, it's the lack of family obligations that allows me the flexibility to travel and GM so much. Unlike some of the VCs I am really bad at delegating. Some would say that I am possessive of the GM's screen.

Man, if you worked speed dating like you run scenarios, you would have yourself a significant other,...or two.

SOME would say that? Only some?...
