KoL Paizonian Clan Recruitment Office -- Now with Faster Rollover...

It's been a while since I've posted for more recruits, so here goes...

KoL stands for Kingdom of Loathing. Kingdom of Loathing is a FREE online RPG game of epic proportions. (Or something like that. And "free" is good -- especially for me.) Wikipedia has a pretty good article that explains a bit more what it is and how it works.

If you've never played, you should give it a try. If you had an account and haven't played in a long time, you should do it again -- your account is still there.

We have a clan that can get you some beneficial stuff. Extra adventures, a soda machine, and a snack machine. If you save up enough money and get a VIP Lounge Key you can get access to things like our Crimbo Tree where you can get weekly gifts, our Looking Glass where you can get a daily potion that allows you to go down the rabbit hole, play some pool, or spend some time in the hot tub. (Or you can ask me or some of the other clan members for some of the items -- at this point I have extras.)

We also have a couple of multiplayer dungeons in our basement -- Hobopolis and The Slime Tube. These are usually for players who are pretty high in levels.

If you haven't played in a while, there are a number of new things that have been happening. Uncle P's Antiques has been selling monthly items that unlock new areas where you can get new and special items. The Traveling Trader has made quite a number of recent appearances selling new wares. Everyone can now find and fight their Nemesis based on their class. And for the especially high levels, you can spend some time in The Sea.

Just letting you know -- There is a skeleton invasion going on right now in KoL.

There was an event a little more than a month ago with an archeology site. It looks like Mr. Bigg found whatever it was that he was looking for (thanks to the Kingdom's help) and has managed to get an army of skeletons together to start attacking the poor town.

And so close to Crimbo season too...

And...

Uncle Crimbo and his elves have found a (temporary?) home in Hobopolis. Most likely next week we should start to find out the ramifications of the Crimbomination taking over Crimbo.

It's April Fool's Day at KoL. The Spectral Pickle Factory is back. And you get to fight the developers' butts. Yes, you get to fight Jick's Butt and CDMoyer's Butt and Skullhead's Butt and so on.
