Greetings!
Our PBP group recently lost a few players and then subsequently our GM also called it quits. Those players that do remain wish to see if we can find a replacement GM to step in and continue the adventure (Kingmaker AP).
If there are any interested GMs willing to help us out that would be greatly appreciated!
Those interested can use the links below to check out the PBP progress to date.
Thanks in advance for your consideration!
PS. The remaining active PCs are:
Eadric (Paladin)
Obi (Sorcerer)
Elaria (Wizard)
Lupus (Rogue)
and possibly Vanion (Bard)

I mourn the half-death of another KM PBP. Hopefully this one will resurrect as well as the other.
If I wasn't already running a KM, 2 versions of Master of the Fallen Fortress, and awaiting Serpent's Skull I too would answer the call!
Whoever does take over feel free to check out my own KM PBP for ideas that might help the game life. My group is level 2 and has nearly explored the whole western Greenbelt.

Hello all!
Thank you all for your interest!
@Kenderkin: Yes I believe you applied to this PBP as a player! I know that I don't own any of the AP as of yet but was thinking of picking it up if it turned out I needed to take over the GMing duties. I'm not sure if anyone else in the group owns any part of it. I'll ask and get back to you. And thank you for your generous offer to GM!
As for Eadric? I wouldn't call it "tension". The GM and I were just discussing our differing views upon alignments and what it means to be/play a paladin. I freely admit that Eadric is pushing the line! ;) That is what makes him interesting IMO! :)
PS. You and I also crossed paths recently (me as my main alias Lord oKOyA) in a thread regarding "Detect Evil"... I had forgot about that thread until I saw your name here! :)
@ Dax Thura: We will most definitely be looking to add players to the mix once we nail down a GM! Keep checking this thread!
@ Alexander Kilcoyne: I have been lurking in your PBP as well! :)
If things slow down to the point you want to GM us, I'm sure Kenderkin would like to play the part of a PC! Right Kenderkin?
PS. I know in my case, lack of posting would not be a problem! ;) *
@ Lucendar: I believe I have also lurked a PBP of yours as well! And you would be most welcome to fill a spot if/when needed!
@ Scipion del Ferro: Thank you for your encouragement and offer of assistance/guidance!
@ Obi: Thanks! I like me too! ;)
* Edit: That being said, I am to start a 2 week vacation on the 1st of August... my participation would be totally dependent on my phone having reception where I am going! :)

Which part of kingmaker were you in?
Were you nearly to another module?
I am going to order the pdfs.
Should I start with #1?
I'd only order #1 for now, it will take a long time for a PbP group to get to Chapter 2 and theres nothing in Chapter 2 you really need to run Chapter 1; an adventure synopsis is included in the first chapter.

Yeah, I read through and I figured out about where you guys were.
I ordered AP #1 in Pdf and have it.
I also went ahead and ordered the shackeled city hardcover (that I have had my eye on for awhile) which I think will be a great future PBP.
Lucendar no problem with you making a PC for the game!
I am sure you will make a choice that meshs well with what is there!
For the original players......
Do you guys want to keep the original threads or create new ones?
I am partial to the idea of a fresh start!

Out of respect for our first DM, I suggest we use a new thread for our fresh start. Let the pyre cool before we are reborn like the mighty phoenix!
But I can be out voted of course.

Thanks KenderKin. In addition, I think you should consider the amount players you want in this PBP, and decide if and how many you'd want to recruit for this.
So far it seems that we're 4 players continuing from the old pbp (Eadric as paladin, Obi as Sorcerer, me as wizard, Lupus as rogue). We're not sure about one of the other original players coming back (he was a ranger).

Actually the "missing" player, Vanion, was a bard, not a ranger (Durn was a ranger, and was the first to quit). Vanion's alter alias "Merkatz" has also not posted in quite some time. I did send him an email with no response so far, so it isn't looking good. I am still holding out hope that he is on a two week vacation with no internet availability and will resurface soon.
I am totally fine with starting new threads. The PBP thread has become a mess of OCC posts since the PBP when off the rails.
As for new players, my votes go for Lucendar and Dax Thura. They have already expressed interest and I think that 2 should fit the bill. Not that I am telling you what characters to make but some divine casting and some outdoorsy type melee guy would be obvious roles to be filled. Ranger, Barbarian, Druid and Cleric for core classes. I'm not sure what classes from the APG Kenderkin will be allowing.
Those 2 would bring the party to 6 with Vanion a possible 7th. That is what we had originally. Or would you prefer to keep the numbers lower Kenderkin?
As for Eadric. I do wish to check with you Kenderkin re: Eadric as a non-standard paladin. If you have read any of the previous PBP you know of which I speak. If you have any concerns and we cannot come to some agreement, I would be willing to change Eadric to some other melee type (fighter, cavalier etc), but would rather not if I can avoid it. :) Let me know!
Again, thanks everyone! I look forward to continuing the adventure with some of you as well!
Cheers!

OK I see no reason to be concerned about adding a few fresh faces.
I know Lucendar will post/play consistently.
In fact I agree with his first rule of Pbp, which is if you can't post just let the DM know.....
I am going to start a new thread in here just for this group!
We can finalize everyones PC. Including DAX
Eadric
Do not worry about your paladin
I told Xdepleted once that His idea of a paladin that collects ears and intends to resurrect BBEGs for trial in the future was a fantastic and cool idea. I assume you are not pushing that limit of LG....
