How are maps and handouts added to a scenario submission?
Should they be embedded or inserted into the text, or should they be sent as separate attachments? And what fileformat is best?

Maps are generally sent as separate attachments in jpg format. Text handouts are included in the text as "Handout 1" or "Andoran Faction Handout."

Then drawn handouts and sketches are also attatched separately in jpg format.
