Experience for GMing a Scenario

Liberty's Edge

I ran MotFF this weekend, though I probably won't be doing this too often, and I ended up with a few questions. I could wait and ask my husband but I'm at work and bored.

How exactly do I document the experience my character got from this? Do I fill out a chronicle sheet for my character even though she didn't actually participate in the adventure?
Does she now have access to the items listed on the chronicle sheet? Does she get the gold?
Do GM characters ever get prestige for adventures the GM runs?

Thanks.

Yes, you fill out a chronicle sheet for the character which you wish to give it to. Yes, you get full XP and gold. Yes, you get access to any items on the chronicle sheet that the players have access to, but no boons or special rewards, just the items. Yes, for Season One, you get the standard PA but not the one earned through the faction mission.

Now, one thing to remember for the chronicle sheet. Your character will get a sheet for the sub-tier that matches her level, even if the scenario was run at a higher sub-tier. An example would be running a tier 1-5 scenario where the players were in sub-tier 4-5 but your character was level 2 at the time. They would get access to items in the 4-5 list while your character would only have access to the 1-2 list of buyable items on the chronicle sheet. Next, if you are giving the chronicle sheet to a character whose level was not in the scenario at all, say you have a level 1 and are running sub-tier 7-8 in a tier 7-11 scenario, then you still get a chronicle sheet, but you cannot apply it or the XP or the PA to your character until she is a level equal to the sub-tier that was run.

The Exchange 2/5

Yes, yes, yes and yes. Add your character as the last one when you report it. Make a chronicle sheet, give yourself the gold of the Tier your party played as well as full prestige. You have access to the items on the chronicle sheet as if you played. You do NOT however get the circumstance bonus to checks that are awarded with certain scenarios.

From the Introduction to Pathfinder Society Organized Play pdf

GM's recieve as their reward:

• +1 XP for the scenario
• 100% of the max gold for the tier most appropriate
to the GM’s character (see below)
• Full PA
The GM does not get any special boons bestowed by
a chronicle sheet such as free magical treasure, regional
boons, or future bonus dice rolls. A GM also does not get
a Day Job roll.

Keep in mind two things:

For Master of the Fallen Fortress, you may only apply the chronicle to a brand new level 1 PC. This is not a normal scenario.

There is no PA for Fallen Fortress as you join the Society right after it.
