Basically if everyone is okay with us building up Vierkirche after we get SwordHaven to two districts that is the next plan.
I have talked it through in detail with Fenna as it is her city and we came up with a solid plan for the next 6 months so we will see how the rolls go and then look at the next 6 months. The plan is to focus on each city for about a year and then move onto the next until we get big enough to work on two cities at once at a reasonable pace, that will probably happen by the next interlude.
Kip's city was planned to be next but if the council feels we should start on a different city first could go either way.
Kip's city next makes sense. We also have a perfectly good, if somewhat damaged elven keep sitting somewhere to the south. Probably needs a lot of water and soap to get the troll stink off.

I'm here - but I've been a bit preoccupied this week. The wife and I just signed the papers on the purchase of our new house. Things have been moving VERY fast, as it was put up for sale less than a week ago.

The crappy thing is... I believe the "fixes" happened earlier today... and now the (2 new) I see on my Serpent's Skull game won't disappear no matter how many times I click on it. So don't put too much hope into the solution yet. ;)

I am studying for a certification so I am very busy at the moment as well so the delays are working out good for me with most of my PBP's being slow...although the occasionaly update might be nice :)
Malthir I need an updated kingdom map to work with as i'm losing track of which hexes you are looking to explore... Once I have that update i'll finish the current turn and narrate some exploration.
Ok, please note A55 has a Bridge that is worth including on the map, as I believe it saves you money on road building. It is known as the Gurdin River Ford and the Hydra encounter took place there.
I know everyone (including myself) is going through a busy period but please try to weigh in during kingdom turns, even if only to say "looks ok to me". Otherwise Malthir and I are not sure whether to progress.
I should be able to start working through the kingdom turns much faster than before, I just came out the other end of a hellish amount of coursework.

Right- Ultimate Equipment- i'm on it. You get a list of banned things rather than an update this evening (I did get home at 11PM and left the house at 8AM this morning in my defence) to appease Kip ;).
I'm rapidly seeing that trying to "allow all" in UE and ban certain things is going to be pretty much impossible, considering that most of it is a compilation from other sources and doesn't actually specify said sources.
Kip, give me a list of the mundane items and i'll look over them case by case. Unless there is something outright broken i'm very likely to say yes to them so you can probably already buy them and assume a yes.
I'm not going to touch the extra magic items and i'd rather keep my campaigns relatively Ultimate free.
You can pitch the magic items to me on a case by case basis, but I warn you I will be quite reluctant... I prefer blanket policies where possible.

As for my shopping/want list Alex, it seems like all of the mundane items currently on it are from the APG or the AA. I assume those are both "legal" sources? (They are smoked goggles, smelling salts and vermin repellent)
The magic items from UE that I currently desire the most are; the Page of Spell Knowledge and/or the Ring of Spell Knowledge and the Mnemonic Vestment. There might be others I haven't yet come across, but those are the 3 that stand out.
I am really hoping you allow some/all of these after our prior discussion regarding the dearth of nice items for spontaneous casters. :)

Malthir, see the most recent map of Vierkirche. You only have one unallocated house and the Magic Item Shop needs two. You could add it in though as your still within monthly build limits.
