The Bloodline Arcana of the Draconinc Sorcerer says that for each damage die of a spell that deals damage of your type(we'll use Red and Fire for this) the spells deals a +1 point of extra damage.
My question is this. Does this apply to spells from other classes, like the druid?
Does a Red Dragon Sorcerer 1/Druid 7 casting Flame Strike deal 7d6+7 point of damage?

Yes.
On a side-note, I think it would be more elegant to just change the bloodline arcana into a feat where you select one elemental type. I don't think it would be too powerful, although it definitely shouldn't stack with the arcana itself.

RAW appear to say it would unless this is contradicted somewhere else I'm not aware of. Doesn't matter why/how you cast the spell, you cast fire, you get +1.

Since nothing is said about the fact that Bloodline Arcana would only apply to spells cast as a sorcerer, this ability can be applied to all spells cast by the character.
That can be interesting for a mixed caster (Sorcerer/Divine or even Sorcerer/other arcane). For instance, a Sorcerer/Druid would be able to:
- Elemental/Earth bloodline: change the energy damage of his divine spells to [Acid]
- Celestial: summon nature allies with DR/evil
- Destined: all self-buffs are now followed by a luck bonus to saves
- etc. etc.
There was another thread about this, some time ago.
