During one of the APs raiding a goblin fortress, my party encountered the goblin's nursery, and decided to solve the moral conundrum by murder hobo-ing everything in the room. Countless goblin babies were massacred.

Later that week, we were talking about it at a restaurant, and just as the possibly pregnant (no, of course I didn't ask) waitress came to take drink orders, one of my friends who had not yet noticed her loudly proclaimed, "Y'know, sometimes you just gotta kill a room full of babies. Yes, hi, what's the soup today?"

...Quite the recovery, that.

It's funny in itself, but it also provides a helpful "gauge" as to what is moral in Pathfinder: If the waitress overhears you saying that you took this action, will she call the FBI? If so, it's probably evil.
