Usually when you find an enemy wizard, after killing him, you take the corps by the ankles and shake the wizard upside down until his spell book falls out. Then the party wizard madly copies all of spells he doesn't have from this captured spell book to his own spell book.
This has yet to happen in the sessions of pathfinder organized play I have played. The wizards spell books have been "unavailable" and they haven't been on any scenario treasure record sheet. So what do i have to do to fill my characters spell book with more spells?
Is the only way to put more spells in my spell book to buy the scrolls on the market and then scribe them? thanks

No. In quite a few mods there are scrolls that you can find. If you find a wizard's spellbook it will be converted into scrolls on the chronicle.
On top of that, a wizard doesn't have to buy any scroll in order to scribe a scroll he finds into his spell book after the adventure he found them in is over (you still have to pay scribing costs, though). In my experience (level 6 wizard) finding scrolls has been all or none. You either find about 10 scrolls in a mod or you find none.

You may also go on a scribing bonanza if you play at the same table as another PC wizard, since you can exchange spells from your spellbooks as if you had found scrolls.
