At over hearing something he rolls his eyes and sighs, then looks over to Cole and Mash.

"I suppose another way to deal with the problem of the mount would have been for your self or Mash to buy it from me." He mentions. "For a reasonable price, of course." He adds with a wink and a grin. "The, you could do with the critter as you wished, being your personal property and all..." He finishes philosophically. He loos forwards to Luthien and gives a very sincear smile,

"Again, thank you M'Lady for finding this other path and saving such a noble beast." He hugs the light war-horse's neck. Looking apologetically to Heathson,

"I'm sorry, my freind, for interrupting do, please, go on." (^_^)

Cole glances at Mash with an irritable look on his face. "Lay off of him, Mash, he hasn't done anything wrong, and if he has, well his neck is also on the block."

A while later, Heathson says, "I'll scout ahead a bit." Not waiting for group approval, he jogs ahead into the underbrush until he disappears from sight (which doesn't take long).

This game is going to end sooner than I predicted; due to another project that's come up, I plan to end the game when we wrap up the Ambar situation, if everyone's fine with that.

Cole stares at the retreating form of Heatson, debating whether to challenge him now. Reluctantly, he decides not to send someone after him, as it is too risky. He calls a halt, and waits for Raff and Keyanna to rejoin the group.

"It seems like Heathson grew tired of our company, and needs some time alone right? I don't think so." He looks over at everyone and lowers his voice. "He wants to betray us to whoever he is working for. Get ready."

No worries, Yucale. If we get ambushed the game may end even quicker than that, he he.
