Have you seen the movie? A player in my game loaned me "The Gamers" and it was pretty disappointing. I'm hoping this one will be a bit more like King of Kong or Trekkies.

I loved "The Gamers" my group and I watched it before this weeks game. Putting me at 7 views, and I could still watch it. Plus during the later watchings I got to go through and point out Sean K. Reynolds and Monte Cook to my other players :))

Put I've already added this to my netflix queue. Looks interesting.

-PS- Sean really pulls off the bad guy thing. When I first saw "Gamers" I saw him and went "Yup he's a bad guy... SMITE"

Hmm are you referring to the 2006 movie. That's the one I saw. I guess it's called "Gamers" not "The Gamers" which is a 2002 movie.

Ugh, yeah... There's three "Gamers" movies:

The Gamers and The Gamers: Dorkness Rising were both produced by Dead Gentlemen Productions and are very spot-on and hilarious.

Gamers is bad.

The clip is from Dungeon Masters an actual documentary (not mockumentary) on three gamers and how their hobby integrates with their life.
