Please transfer my banquet ticket for Paizocon to the account of Hugo Solis.
I am going to keep the Paizocon ticket, but I am letting him have the banquet ticket. Sorry for the extra work, I do appreciate it and all that you do for us in the awesome customer service department. And I am sure Hugo will appreciate it as well.

Rather that doing it for you, I'll give you instructions for how to do this yourself, so I can make sure that this tool is functioning properly.
Go to your My Account page and click on the My E-tickets link. You will see the two tickets there. Click on teh "Transfer" button on your banquet ticket, and then click on the "Transfer Only this E-Ticket" button. This will bring up two dialog boxes, one for an email address and one for an avatar name. Enter Hugo's avatar name into the avatar name box. Make sure you enter it exactly (for best results, copy-paste his avatar name form one of his posts). Then hit find.
You will be prompted to enter a message for the email notification. After you're done, hit "Preview".
When you're ready, hit "Transfer". As soon as you hit the transfer button, your ticket is gone and it will belong to Hugo.
