3.5 allowed players to create their own spells, subject to DM approval of course. I don't know if the guidelines were carried over to Pathfinder, but the worse he can do is say no.

There's always your familiar. Although not a spell, it is capable of delivering any touch spell you want. So feel free to be an MT and have your poisonous viper familiar deliver Harm with a bite.

If you can lower a spell level to fit on a spectral hand, you can deliver it. Complete Arcane 82 has the feat Sanctum Spell, which, most the time, treats a spell as 1 level lower for "All effects dependent on spell level."

I second the suggestion for using your familiar as a touch spell delivery system. Polymorph or giant form him into something with a long reach, thoroughly prepare, and you should be OK.

Which is not the same thing as actually lowering the spell level, and I am being intentionally difficult, since I don't know how lenient his DM is. I do like the Sanctum spell proposal though. I have to go kill some monsters now.

PS: On a similar note if 3.5 material is still allowed there is a feat that turns any touch spell into a 30 ft ray. I think the feat is called "Reach Spell".

reach spell sound like a fun metamagic feat I assume its a +1 the spell level for purposes of memorizing ? :)

the sanctum spell actually brings up an interesting idea of meta magic feats that reduce spell power in order to decrease their level.

e.g. Reduce Metamagic , halfs the area of the spell , spell decreases by 1 level.
e.g. a level 2 10ft radius Fireball

a little off topic, but there was a little known PRC in the 3.5 Dragonlance campaign called Ambient Tempest, and it let you modify spells with 'negative' metamgic in order to lower the spell level by 1. You could reduce either a spells range, area, or duration in half to lower the spell by 1. (You couldn't apply more than one of these to any single casting of a spell). You could then apply other metamgic effects as nomral. So you could do a Fireball spell with half the range to drop it to 2nd lvl, then Empower it to make it 4th level.

Sanctum Spell raises the spell's level, while in your sanctum. It's a negative consequence to memorizing it that it is considered weaker outside your sanctum. I would easily say the spell is still too complex/powerful for spectral hand.

Reach Spell was +2 levels, fyi.
