Simultaneous uses of Sense Motive?

Can you Hunch, Sense Enchantment, and Discern Secret Message simultaneously? Or must they be done back to back to back?

Phrased differently, assume each task above takes 1 minute. Would it take a full 3 minutes to perform them, or could you just "Sense Motive" and accomplish all 3 in 1 minute?

I think one check will reveal as much as one check can (so 3 in 1). That seems to be the intent behind the skill, with a simple "hunch" being DC 20 and the more complex uses have a higher and/or more complex DC.
