Meh, it still can be. Things just need to cool down. We are planning to take the kids to the park tomorrow. The weather finally broke and it is a very nice 85 here today. Supposed to be like that tomorrow too.

I sure hope so. Holiday weekends as a kid are the things that fond adult memories are made of. Some of my favorites are of my mom getting us burgers and taking me to the park. Hope your plans come to fruition!
People should have to have an IQ test to purchase or rent technology above a certain level. I am thinking one maybe required for voting or holding public office as well.

AFA rootbeer goes, I like IBC Root Beer, and the stuff they serve on tap down on the Strand, Galveston, TX in a place called LaKing's, which has an old time soda fountain. A&W and Barq's aren't my thing. Anybody else have any rec's in this dept?

Slipping a quick book mark in - and to say last night's RotR game was great even though 3 out 7 players didn't make it. Considering those 3 have only made it to our first session (and this was session #3) I am not holding much hope for their continued presence. But at least I have a great core of 4 people in the game now.

IBC all the way. I can however handle Nu ways home made root-beer in their stores. Actually I like most root-beers except generic ones and DAD's root-beer. Yeech
