There will be reinforcements upon the next encounter. We will squash their puny rebellion and let them experience the full power...

~paranoid look~ No! You're with THEM!!! You are out to get me! ~runs away screaming like a little girl~

You'll have to fly out to Phoenix, AZ to take me out for lunch for that plan to come to fruition. ;)

Mmmmm.....coffee. Might make another cup.

Good call, TAD. I made a fresh pot. Also, I don't know how Sharoth hopes to achieve world domination without taking me out to a CONGRATS TO THE DOUBLY HONORABLE DR M dinner. So many great choices, here in Big D.

Much better than toilet-town Houston, that's for sure. ;)

Ha-ha. Man, I was sure the H-townies were gonna be the ones to leap on that. Why does Houston have such an inferiority complex?

Have you ever been to Houston? That will answer your question.

Kind of like Operation Desert Storm, with Popeyes as the U.S.A.

I think the rather conservative owners of Chik-fil-A might have something to say about that. ;)

I was never a fan of Popeye's. But, I have not been in many years. I should try it again. We have a few here but I am not sure where they are.

I believe the closest one to you is near the corner of Brice & Livingston on the SE corner with Big Lots behind it. Should be a quick trip from your new home.

In Vista? Yeah I've seen it, my in-laws live down the street, he he

So, 50/50 on whether I would need a bulletproof vest or not.

Just got a call from my older brother in Houston. He's over at my younger brother's house and they're having a crawfish boil.

I hate them so much.

That sounds amazing right now. I can't remember the last time I had crawfish.

Many times. My ultimate destination is usually Galveston, however.

All right...off to the party. We decided to take a fruit salad and some mango salsa. Very tasty.

I might be back. I am not sure. If not, have a great night.

You will never win against kids. They instinctively know where to kick.

I try not to engage in internecine Texas sniping. I enjoy myself almost anywhere in the great State, with varying strengths and weaknesses. M-O, however, is a stink pool.

So I went ahead and had a second cup of coffee. I'm just now starting to realize how addicting the stuff is.

Unfortunately I'm running low on my favorite flavor. Looking forward to going food shopping on Wednesday.

What? Mr Bojangles? The old man who dances? What does he have to do with delicious Popeyes Fried Chicken. Or is that his favorite food?

Hah! You should be ok. The only other one I know of on this side of town is off of I-70 E past the Kirkersville exit.

I cannot stomach drinking coffee. Nor anything mocha flavored, either.

So how would you rate the latest Paizo crash, on a scale of 1-10, I give it a 6.5.

The Exchange

So back to the chicken

We have no Chick-fil-a here. Had one at the mall for years but they finally closed 20 years or so ago.

We have the largest KFC in several states on the North side of the city. It is huge and has the largest KFC buffet. Of course that is because they used to be based here.

Church's Chicken is around but is rather poorly maintained here.

And we have Popeyes.Yummy yummy Popeyes.

Howdy, howdy. I think that considering I slept for 12 chours for the last 3 days before last night, the fact I got 5.5 - 6 hours of sleep last night is just fine.

Might I offer using the Rifts campaign model and the Mutants & Masterminds game rules?

Hubby hates coffee, but lately my fave is a Southern Pecan or Biscotti Hazel nut. So good!

Does anyone know if there is a campaign setting book for the White Wolf Scarred Lands RPG?
