Can you take a 10 on craft checks? Specifically, involving craft(alchemy) checks to make poison? I'm wondering if there is ever any danger to my player's alchemist when brewing up poison, since he is pretty much maxing out the skill.
Yes you may, not that it matters since making a single dose of poison will take weeks, months, or years...hardly worth it if you are a PC adventurer on the go. (Unless you are a member of the alchemist class.)

It's like I've always said: the ability to make poison in a reasonable amount of time should not be the exclusive domain of spellcasters and those with magic items.
