Our group has recently switched over to Pathfinder from 4e and we are loving the change. I could use some assistance from the community though. I am wondering if anyone out there has come up with some general guidelines for converting 4e monsters to Pathfinder? I would be most grateful for any assistance.
The campaign that I have been running (dm created, not published) involved Spriggans as one of the key group of villains. Any suggestions?

Think there was a 3.0 Spriggan in the Fiend Folio, you should be able to convert to Pathfinder from there.

I believe it was in the Tome of Horrors 1, which is OGL, and from which we already have *very* many monsters converted. We just haven't gotten to the Spriggan yet. If a collaborator wants to jump out of order and do that one as a special case, I'd be more than fine with it. We already did that for a special request to build a young adult black dragon.

I usually use the level as the creatures hit dice and then work from there using the monster creation rules in the Bestiary. If something similar already exists in 3.5/PFRPG I will use that as a framework. Otherwise I try and find abilities that produce similar effects as the power of the creature I'm converting.
