Any way I could convince you to put all 6 books for each adventure path into larger hardbound books, and sell those?

Nope. They don't want people skipping on purchasing the individual books for the compilations.

And i think I've seen James say (grain of salt here) that it would have to be priced at least $120 (6 APs * $20 each). Otherwise, a compiled hardcover cheaper than the original issues just disenfranchises customers that bought the AP when they first came out (not to mention people aren't generally keen on buying the same content over and over even if the form-factor is different).

I have the hardbound version of The Shackled City, and though I love that they put it out (and would love to see Age of Worms hardbound), I much prefer the APs as they are now. They seem much easier to use and run.

Especially when you're running around with the great big Core Rulebook.

age of worms collected would be great ( I don't think its available for purchase anywhere -- just old Dungeon Magazines, right?).

the complete-ist in me would purchase hardbound APs, even though I have the softbounds already. Maybe wait a couple of years, let all of the errata trickle through, then publish 100 single edition gold leafed author signed hardbounds for $150 a pop. watch the paizo-addicts fall all over themselves in a mad rush to thrust their money into your hands.

Chances for hardcover editions of Dungeon APs are zero - the content is owned by WotC, lock stock and barrel.

I doubt you will ever see a compiled Age of Worms or Savage Tide since Wizards of the Coast owns all the rights to those products and they have little reason to release hardback compilations of 3rd edition products. Which is too bad, because I also would have loved to have those compilations on my bookshelf.
