Hello,
I have been searhing for the passage in the Pathfinder RPG book where it talks about how lik bonuses do not stack, such as natural armor, deflection, etc.. I remeber reading this rule in the 3.5 DMG and I thought I read this in pathfinder as well. Can someone refer to the rules page on this.
--Thanks

Page 206:
Bonus Types: Usually, a bonus has a type that indicates
how the spell grants the bonus. The important aspect of
bonus types is that two bonuses of the same type don’t
generally stack. With the exception of dodge bonuses,
most circumstance bonuses, and racial bonuses, only the
better bonus of a given type works (see Combining Magical
Effects). The same principle applies to penalties—a
character taking two or more penalties of the same type
applies only the worst one, although most penalties have
no type and thus always stack. Bonuses without a type
always stack, unless they are from the same source.
and
Stacking Effects: Spells that provide bonuses or
penalties
on attack rolls, damage rolls, saving throws,
and other attributes usually do not stack with themselves.
More generally, two bonuses of the same type don’t stack
even if they come from different spells (or from effects
other than spells; see Bonus Types, above).

Thanks. I knew I had read it a few months back.

Ok now I was wondering the same thing and I have looked at that page list from previous and there is nothing about stacking on that page of the core book.
Why I am referenceing is for magical items granting the same bonus like an Ioun stone and a headband both giving enchantment bonuses ... do they stack or not?
