Is there any way possible, you can utilize the silent spell metamagic feat, in any of the power word spells?
I see no reason why not. Fluff wise perhaps you utter the word in your mind with enough power to evoke it's effect, rather then outloud.
Any spell can be Silenced with the exception of spells cast by a Bard (Bardic magic always has a verbal component and explicitly cannot be used with the Silent metamagic).
Ironically Bards cannot even cast any of the Power Word spells.
