I'm assuming you have a Wolf with those numbers? So if we look at Multi Attack and focus on the section that applies to having less than 3 attacks:

Multiattack: An animal companion gains Multiattack as a bonus feat if it has three or more natural attacks and does not already have that feat. If it does not have the requisite three or more natural attacks, the animal companion instead gains a second attack with one of its natural weapons, albeit at a –5 penalty.

This says nothing about changing the special abilities of an attack. So the Wolf has the Trip Special ability tied to it's bite attack, you now gain a second Bite attack with a -5 penalty, Thus you are now doing

+13 Bite (1d6+7 Trip) followed by +8 Bite (1d6+7 Trip). Ofcourse this would only be when the Wolf can take a full attack action. During a Standard action it will only get the single attack at +13.

I'm in a PFS game and my Wolf has an INT of 3 and Combat Reflexes, Dirty Fighting*, Improved Trip, and Barroom Brawler.

Once the AC has INT of 3 he/she can take lots of different feats. My Wolf at level 8 frustrates my DM and trips a lot, esp. when flanking due to Dirty Fighting *(which is not Dirty Trick).
