Question about Dragon Compendium Vol. 1

Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

Lantern Lodge

Does anyone know if Paizo will be converting any of the materials from the Dragon Compendium Vol. 1 to Pathfinder? Mainly the races and classes.

Unfortunately they can't. The book was produced by Paizo, but done for Wizards of the Coast...so wizards owns it, body and soul.

I would love to see the jester and cat people (forget the name) converted over to Pathfinder...might have to work on that soon...

Tibbits.

Oh, man, I love me some tibbits...your PCs will start jumping every time you mention a stray cat on the streets of Korvosa...

Well that sucks, I didn't know that. I thought that since they were published in Dragon they would be made under the OGL.

Very few "official" D&D products were released under the OGL. Most of the PHB, DMG, and MM are, of course, and some content from Epic Level Handbook, Expanded Psionics Handbook, Deities and Demigods, and Unearthed Arcana are as well, but that's about it.
