Hi,

Can you tell me if there is one particular item holding up the train on this order so to speak? It has been pending for quite a bit longer than my orders normally are before going out, so I wondered if something was backordered.

There wasn't anything holding up your order other than the large volume of outgoing shipments. Your order has made it through the shipping queue and went out this morning.

Thanks Cosmo,

Not griping, just wanted to know if there was one particular item I needed to cancel to help the shipment go :) I know thats the price of doing monthly shipments, so next time I will be more patient!
