A player of mine suggested I put this up for other DMs to benefit from. I made stat blocks, in a similar format to the iconics, for each NPC, including converting Janiven and Arael into this easy format.
I have two versions, one for my players and one for me. What is in red currently is what they do not know about that NPC yet. They'll get to know if they use that NPC and fight with them.
Ilara is actually Fiosa - I changed her name to fit into a character's (halfling slave) background. That character then saw fit to convert her to Erastil. He's a paladin of Erastil and they are sorta a couple, so it made sense. Other than that, I didn't change the nature of the characters overly from what is stated in their descriptions.

Same problem here. My party is meeting the NPCs for the first time tonight and I'd like to see what you've put together. This may be an awesome addition.
