Or goblins!!!!!

TALK IN CAPS USED BE ALL RAGE ROUND HERE

NOW GRAMMAR COME BACK IN VOGUE!

Or a way to advocate giving up a life of crime...

Well currently I have:

A Slaad
Some Random Dude
A mispelled Towelie
Spanish Inquisitor
AM CAVALIER (who does not speak in all caps due to depression)
Prof Chaos
The Threadkiller
Jimmy Jacobs (JJ hates this one)
and Darth Malus or something like that.

Most good alias usually have some sort of schtick that makes them funny which I have a couple right now, but I'd like a few more only for the lolz.

It's difficult to come up with an alias that will be topical and funny at the same time.

If I eat myself, would I become twice as big or would I disappear completely?

Sometimes I take Dicey's advice, but that makes me feel crazy, cause we're the same person.

(Nothing to do with King Lear, I don't know why you'd even ask about that.)

Okay so that is the one in NH end of July.

And Conn is middle of July. Not sure I will be able to make these events busy summer.

My presence has been "required" by the wife for more out door activities so unless those are rainy weekends more than likely I will be outdoors somewhere.

My "presence" is often required by my wife in the bedroom, if you know what I mean.

Liberty's Edge

I thought you were saying prescience so I thought you were helping her scrying in the bedroom mirror.

Your wife likes you to rub her feet too?

Actually no, because she has very ticklish feet.

Liberty's Edge

Yeah, their wives often require my presence as well.

All the ladies require my presence, if you know what I mean ;).

Ladies require my "presents."

17 years of dental neglect, fixed in a year and a half! Insurance rules!

So, last game, the most satisfactory moment, I think, was tricking Tramora III to allow himself to be geas-ed and then forbidding him from killing any more peasants!

Congratz man. I know that feeling way too well, if not to that extent. Went eight years without, just had surgery back in March to remove six teeth ruined beyond recovery as well as all four wisdom teeth. I'd had chronic headaches and constant toothaches for over a year by then, and was downing six to eight tylenol a day; since the end of the recovery and stopping taking the Vicodin, I haven't had to use any painkillers whatsoever.

Makes a heck of a difference.

That sucks.

My own experiences were nowhere near as painful, thank god. Was driven in by excruciating pain in one, I wanted them to just yank it, but they convinced me to have a root canal (worst use of $1000 I have ever seen). Meanwhile, they said, I had tooth decay on one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen teeth.

But now they're all fixed! And I won't have to go back, hopefully, for another 17 years!

Spoiler:
I kid, I kid. Brush your teeth, kiddies, and make regular appointments with your dentist!

Silver Crusade

I was out of it for about 10 years myself. I spread the fillings out over about 3 years, but they were in every molar.

Still need my wisdom teeth out. I am putting it off, but I really shouldn't. One of them is really destroyed. They don't hurt, but when you only have half a tooth hanging on back there (the rest of that tooth shattered), that's probably not a good thing.

On the up shot, I think they should give me 50% off if they only have to pull half a tooth.

I thankfully got my wisdom teeth done when I was 18 and still covered by my parents' insurance.

And, I have to say, going to the dentist seems a whole lot more painless than it did nigh on 20 years ago. Yay science!!

It still sucks, though.

I'd go as far as to say 10. I don't even remember passing out, much less any pain until well after the surgery; I vaguely recall talking to the other dentist (the one who was supervising rather than the one performing the surgery) about Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones, next thing I know I'm waking up with a mouth full of cotton.

I still have my wisdom teeth in. I have been avoiding their removal for a while now. My wife needs more dental work done than me and my dental is not that good right now only covers just enough.

Good man!

I am still young and I have my father's good teeth, but in the past few years I have been forgetting to brush at night quite frequently. I know I have cavities, but they're not hurting, and I don't have dental, so . . .
Brush your teeth, kiddies! Flossing is also important. I should floss more. I am brushing pretty regularly now. But I am drinking more soda. Hmm.

Just try not to schedule the extraction the same day as a party.

I'd call ninja, but I was asleep at the time this was posted >_>

Still. Parp!

Liberty's Edge

What if you have the party in the dentists' office?

Probably clear away all the sharp implements first of course.

Nitrous oxide for everyone!

I've had NO once, back before my surgery (and before I knew my wisdom teeth needed to come out anyway). The hope was the problematic teeth could be pulled without surgery, so I was offered the gas to help me relax then local anesthetic would be applied.

Then I discovered I apparently have a phobia of not being able to control my arms and legs. No more of that.

Nitrous oxide for everyone but Orthos! (More for me.)

Liberty's Edge

What are you crazy people doing up at 9:00 am anyways?

Funny story about the dentist. I was on Active Duty when I had my wisdom teeth removed and they were going to knock me out so they had me on a heart monitor. The dentist looks at the heart monitor for a bit and says "Huh, your heart rate is low. Do you run a lot?".

Last night the party stormed Schloss Caromac, killed a bunch of trolls, got high with some goblins, and fought a flesh golem hound!

The latter was kicking much ass, preventing them from passing over a stone bridge, but Lodi Carene summoned a hound archon to keep it at bay (uh, hound archons are pretty badass!), while Dok the Learned made a highly daring dive under the golem hound's feet to blast the bridge with a stone shape. The golem nimbly danced away from the hole and was getting ready to turn Dok into Kibbles n Bits when Tramora the No-Longer-Peasantsbane was able to finally bull rush him out the hole and down the waterfall. As the golem fell, it sounded like this:
