Sorcerers learning spells from other spell lists

Based on the following text from the PRD, would a sorcerer be allowed to learn paladin, druid, bard or cleric spells?

PRD wrote:
A sorcerer's selection of spells is extremely limited. A sorcerer begins play knowing four 0-level spells and two 1st-level spells of her choice. At each new sorcerer level, she gains one or more new spells, as indicated on Table: Sorcerer Spells Known. (Unlike spells per day, the number of spells a sorcerer knows is not affected by her Charisma score; the numbers on Table: Sorcerer Spells Known are fixed.) These new spells can be common spells chosen from the sorcerer/wizard spell list, or they can be unusual spells that the sorcerer has gained some understanding of through study.

An official ruling would be especially nice. The text has been the same in 3.5.

The rule is the same as it was under 3.5. This is answer is it's pure GM adjudication. The purpose here is to allow players to invent their own spells similar to wizard's research. If as a GM you would like to allow your character to use Druid/ Cleric spells and say they studied them then go for it but that's not what the clause is there for.
