Hardness / Hp of special material arms & armor

Rules Questions

According to the hardness/hp of special materials chart found in the 'Additional Rules' section and HERE The hp of special materials is based on the thickness of the object. Only Adamantine specifies that Arms&Armor should have one third more hp than normal before going on to specify hp by thickness.

Would this mean that out of the special materials, only Adamantine affects a weapons hp? So any weapon made of special material would receive that materials hardness and only in the case of Adamantine would it receive additional hp?

Exercise: Give me a breakdown of the Hardness/Toughness for the following

A)Adamantine dagger +1
B)Mirthril dagger+1

C)Adamantine breastplate
D)Dragonhide breastplate

C) Hardness 20, HP 40
