Multiclassed Cleric and Domains

Rules Questions

After multi-classing from a cleric into another class, I was wondering how the special abilities are calculated under the Domain special abilities.

IE: Let's say I have a Cleric 4 / Monk 2 (6th level Character). I have the Healing Domain. It states at 6th level, you receive "Healer's Blessing".

Now, is that 6th level Cleric, or 6th level Character?

Unless a class's description specifically mentions character level, it is assumed that all levels need to be in the class level. So for the said healing domain ability it would require that the cleric be a Cleric 6. The only exception is a prestige class that specifically mentions is increases an ability. I.E. a prestige class that advances bardic music.

they are usually CLASS level, no character level... so a Cleric 4/Monk 2 would account for his domians just as a 4 level character, even if he took a cleric prestigue class... UNLESS the prestigue class says he advances in his domains (usually tis stablished that while they get more spell elvels they don't get any other feature of the class, like turn udnead/channel energy and domains)

I thought, so, but liked to confirm! Thanks for those that replied. :)
