Rules Questions

I have got 1 problem concerning the evolution in the feats for a fighter :
- at the lvl 4 (and for lvl 8 and 12) a fighter can choose to learn a new feat in place of a bonus feat already learned. Does it mean that at the bonus feat at the lvl 4 can be either a NEW feat or an exchange between a old to a new feat or you've got a normal bonus feat PLUS an extra bonus feat that allows you to cancel an old to a new one ?

Pretty sure it works the same as for sorcerers and their spell selection. You both get a bona fide new feat, and the opportunity to change one of your old ones.

There would be no point in offering the choice between a new feat and exchanging a feat, since no-one would do the exchange thing. I mean, would you rather take Power Attack straight up, or would you prefer to change your Combat Expertise into Power Attack?

This is how I understand it as well.

WOW, I had totally over-looked this change! COOL!

OK, it seems a good way, a little cheated way but a good way.
