Just throwing some thoughts out there.

Obviously the PFRPG is taking center stage and that's all everyone is talking about, but we are on the verge of the next Adventure Path and I can't wait to get my hands on it. So...

are we still going to get some previews? some AP artwork? My computer needs something new.

While I don't expect every change in the PFRPG shoved in my face in the first chapter, but will some of the changes be highlighted throughout the adventure. In other words, if you run/play Council of Thieves, will you know you are playing the PFRPG?

Finally, who else is jumping into a PFRPG campaign with Council of Thieves?

I plan to be doing so within the first month of receiving the first chapter. ~evil grin~

IIRC, we call out some things like "hey, remember undead can be sneak attacked," and we placed certain creatures in certain places to give the players the opportunity to see that in action."

We should probably do some Council of Thieves previews, yeah...

We don't go out of our way to highlight changes to the game system in the adventure. In fact, if we did our jobs right, the characters in game shouldn't even realize that there's effectively been an edition change; we want the switchover to be smooth and graceful.

Well, undead undead are subject to sneak attacks, if a gaming group chooses to use the Pathfinder rules. According to lovely Lady Backwards Compatability, the adventure path should work just fine if a group chooses to play through it under the D&D 3.5 rules as well, if I understand correctly.
