according to you witch god I need to use in remplacment of Wee jas for SCAP campaign in the Forgotten Realms with D&D 4E ?

Well, first and foremost, Wee Jas is a Death goddess and not Evil, per se. So, a likely replacement for her would be Kelemvor.
