Everytime we play Kill Doctor Lucky, my sister and I have an argument over whether you can jump over the balcony into the Dining Room. So far we have found no errata stating whether you can or can't. She won't allow it. I totally want to. Someone help me deliver death from on high.

I believe you need to have an "open doorway" to move from room to room (regrettably, I'm at work and don't have the rules in front of me). This would preclude you from moving to and from the balcony.
You could go with the "whoever owns the game, decides" rule, unless your sister owns the game. :)

You cannot move (either yourself or Dr. Lucky) from the balcony to the Dining Room, but you can see from one into the other for line-of-sight purposes.
I played the game with James Ernest last year at VCON, and this is how he explained it as well - you have line of sight from one to the other, but you can't move between them.

That's how our group does it and I'm pretty sure that's explained in the rules somewhere, I'll look later.
