Hi there,

This is the worldworks Deadly Encounter set, however when I download it (I have tried on two computers) I only get a one page FAQ PDF, not the pattern that I have paid for.

I just downloaded the PDF from your account, unzipped it, and opened it.

The zip file created a folder called "deadlyEncounterSetPDF". Within this folder there are four files and one additional folder, which is also called "DeadlyEncounterSetPDF". The four files in the top "deadlyEncounterSetPDF" folder are "cLICKMEFIRST.txt", "grasslands.pdf", "hilltop.pdf" and "portal.pdf" (i.e. your patterns). The additional folder, "DeadlyEncounterSetPDF", contains one file: "fAQ.pdf".

I would suggest re-personalizing and re-downloading your file. Then use a different decompression utility to unzip the file. Since the folder names are so similar, it is possible that the decompression utility built-in with your operating system is overwriting the base folder with the additional one. You should also make sure that the option to "create sub-folders" is turned on in whatever decompression utility you use. The actual language for this option make vary.
