Thanks for the Spinal Tap reference! That's required viewing for anyone who's ever been in a band. Priceless

it should be a 41.... a dice going from 21 to 41

I'm sad, though. Apparently "fighters don't suck" didn't make the D21 cut...

I only had 21 bullet points to work with.. and fighter needed far less work than the others.

neither did "Make Me Uber!!!" or "waah, my friend is more powerful than I am"

True, just loosening the movement/attack rules a tad makes a huge difference :)

C'mon, their best class feature, the full attack, is voided if they move more than five feet. My complaint isn't invalid :)

Seeing as how uber is German for "over," I take it you're asking for a beautician here?

I think there's a reality show for that...

Not that drastic, for my homebrew it will be 1/2 move/full attack, to put them back in line with their earlier edition counterparts (edit: and to make speed increasing magic items more relevant). The attacks are still iterative, though. I'm not gong for "uber", just "more useful".

The d21 logo is, but the covers and 21 teasers are not.

It's an April Fool's joke?

*frantically tries to cancel the 10,000 shirts he ordered*

Thank you, Josh. At least someone still knows how to play it straight.

Anyone want 9,999 d21 shirts? I'll sell 'em cheap.

Here ya go!

Grand Lodge

I wanna d21 t-shirt! This is going to be AWESOME!

4E doesn't use a d21!

Neither does WoD, Earthdawn, d20 Modern, Shadowrun, or anyone else! We rulezzorz!

Not only is the practical joke great, but so was the way Paizo wove it into a worthwhile preview with sell points.

You are correct, Jade. Made my day.

Joke?!? Ah man, ever since getting the Critical Fumble deck we've been pretty scared of rolling a 1 - the d21 system seemed to be our hope.

No more botches! Alright!

Where are these teasers that people keep referring to? I find myself unable to find them.

Go to d21 and then click on more info.

Kirth may be having the same trouble I was..

***************
PAIZO! - for me (all but one time), clicking the "More Info" simply refreshed me back to the top of the page!

Edit: Doing a Shift-Reload seems to make it work. Perhaps fixed.

Same deal. Works now, though. Thanks.

Actually, I wouldn't mind one. It would go with my collection of comedy gaming tee-shirts. If you can pull off a small run, you might have a easy convention seller. Of course, dragging tee-shirt boxes to a con is a pain...

By the way - is D21 actually trademarked?

I'd totally buy one. Have 'em by PaizoCon and you'll sell 'em by the truckload...

Good one. Nothing says great April Fool's Joke like a total commitment, including filing legal documents.
