Forgive my innocence, but is there a definition for the "fell song"?

I am new to this game genre and, untill now, I had succeded in the fight with the rules and some monsters, but I didnt reached yet the library with spells and the reliquary with magic items. So I don`t know if this "thing" exist in the OGL or is something Paizo loremasters will reveal it later to us. Can anyone get me out of this mistery?!

Many thanks!

Welcome to Pathfinder, Cicattrix! I hope you find the community to be as helpful as I have.

I assume your question refers to the suggestion for scenario #28's open call submission. In this case, "fell song" does not refer to a specific power, spell, or item from the rules. The word "fell" used in this way means "dangerous" or "lethal" and usually involves something "sinister."

The suggestion for the scenario is that it should somehow involve a song (or something that works like a song) possessing the magical power to kill or create an effect so powerful that it destroyed an entire cultural group in the Mwangi Expanse.

I hope that helps.

thank you, Paris! actually, the user-friedly site of Paizo made me to take a second look at the roleplaying genre. I]ve seen D&D products for many years, but Wizards didnt succed in getting me involved...

about that song... that was my interpretation too, bt I wanted to be sure that there is nothing that I dont know.

... like the Fell Beasts of Mordor, or a crested felldrake.
