Ladies and geeks! Here come We’ll draw your Pathfinder requests II! Well, we are starting a new thread to have more people jumping in from a fresh start! If you never saw the first thread, this is the one: I’ll Draw your Pathfinder PC!

What is this thread?
This is some sort of art forum where people come and share their drawings and take commissions from other people to practice and have fun! Here, We are a bunch of people who loves to draw and take requests for drawing fantasy stuff like characters or items!
The thread is open for anyone who wants to share his talents and to all those who wish to request a drawing.
We normally do its (but aren’t limited to it!):
Pathfinder or other campaigns Characters
Items and Equipment
For monsters, visit the Monster Drawing! thread!

How does it work?
You can simply ask for a “commission” and some of the awesome people here will volunteer his time and talent to draw it up. You may ask an artist in particular to do your drawing request but in general everything posted here is “free for all” and you may have two or more artists doing your request. All this is for free and all request remain property of the artists. If you want professional stuff made you should ask the proper artist in particular.
To ask for a commission simple post the character/item/stuff you want to get drawn and provide as much details on it as possible. If you put links to pics for reference its even better.
Sometimes we are “overworked” and your request may go without any takers, but don’t get discouraged, sometimes the request gets lost or the artist were too busy at the time you posted it up, so just keep insisting and someone will take it up.

Here’s several examples of the stuff made so far and the artist who made it:

Nice work, everyone. My mind is boggled by all those links and information.

My request is Kristine Littleknight, a female gnome alchemist, I thought someone offered to draw her but...

Just giving you a hard time ;)

Kristine was taken...by Hugo...you can see it if you go to his devinat art page and look at his to do list...

Thanks Hugo, and all artists involved, it's awesome to get a miniature that will fit your character instead of getting one that resembles the class or race. I mean in the three games I'm a player I'm using "Death" for my necro (he's not a lich yet), I'm using one of the few spike chain guys for cain, I'm using a green hooded character for my druid, and a crested felldrake for my druid's awakened crocodile fighter cohort. There aren't any medium crocodiles much less armored ones.

I know, I've been hassling him about it for weeks now because I'm bored and it's fun. I'm sure when he draws her up she'll have some kind of gross deformity to get even with me, but what can I say, I'm a jackass.

Some ones search-fu is strong. Excellent work all round. And much thanks to those of you that take time to do this

Not really. It just took a really boring job and an hour or so. but you're welcome.

Also, You forgot to note that I'm also working on one (or 4 in 1, rather) too Hugo. For Gorbacz. And as a side note, Ram's horns are really bloody hard to draw. Took 4 days to get a model I liked in the end.

Just put them down. Throw them out there. Where's the harm in asking?

Kyrinn, just because they are going to ask anyway

they will need a description of your character, how she looks, ig you have a pose in mind, and if she has any signature item (ok you already wrote them, but have others in the same line)

aside of that, people, its all yours

heh. I was just about to post the same thing, telling everyone who posts to have bigger descriptions ready. Give the artists something to work with. Otherwise they have to take creative liberties and it's not going to match the image in your head.

Look at some of the older ones for ideas of what to put.

edit: Ok, so they didn't put the description they used in with the picture, but if you click on Thorngrim, Podak or Corvin in the "not done yet" section, you'll see what I mean. A good description is far more likely to get an artist to want to do yours.

edit2: And now you've gone and deleted your post...so it looks like i'm talking to noone...oh well...

that is because you are imagining things :P

in the case of Jordan she has a link but the description is in spanish... because i am lazy and i know Hugo understands it... but i promise one of this days i will post how she looks (also i want it added in the deviant art picture, one thing is to the awesome drawings, another differently understand from where they come)

Shiny: Working on initial thumbnails, I'll see if I can scan them at work today or tomorrow and you can take a pick from the variations I come up with.

Interesting PC! Sorry I can tackle this right now... I have like 7 more commissions on the line... I hope someone grabs your PC if you don't mind!

I generally do commissions on batches. And When I'm finish, I opne more commissions. I have 3 drawings more to go, so I'm hoping in 2 weeks more (tops) I'll open 5-7 commissions again.

BTW: If you post on the details insede a SPOILER tag its easier to spot and makes the thread a bit shorter and easier to read.

Hugo, I noticed that you accidentally put down one of your own commissions (the Dragon Helm) as being done by me. Just thought you ought to know.

Dr. Titus Crow(ok i didn't realise i had stolen the name of one of Brian Lumley's protagonists until two sessions into the campaign. To late to change it now :) )

Appearance: A gaunt man, almost unnaturally tall. He dresses in the tailed coat, waist coat, shirt and breachs of a taldan gentleman, usually dyed in very dark blacks and greens. This, combined with his long black hair, which is kept in a pony tail, give the good doctor the slight look of a giant carrion bird. He often walks with a stick, which he has been known to club creatures to death with, and when setting out to do battle wears a longsword on his left hip. His left thumb bears a rune encrusted ring made form Lunargent(alchemicially perfected silver.) Other prized personal possessions include his violin and his Plague doctors mask.

Visually, Jonathan Rhys Meyers as Steerpike in the bbc adaption of Gormenghast is an exilent guide

Insperation: Sherlock homes, Dr. Van Helsing, Victor Frankenstein and John Constantine.

Brief history: Dr. Crow is a chellish man in his early twenties. From the burgening middle class he studied medician in korvosa. That was until he had an unfortunate experience. Shiver. The addiction set in quickly, taking its toll on his health and sanity. His studies where ruined before he broke free of the addiction with the help of his lover at the time, Tinia Sabor. He did manage to aquire his title of doctor, but with his reputation in tatters, it is unlikely he will ever be able to develope wealthy clients.
During his recovery, Dr. Crow took to study as a way of escaping his need for shiver. Through sheer intellect and will power, the young man was able to teach him self the foundermental principles of Necromancy from various books.

Now he stalks the streets of the poorist districts of the city, using his keen perception, medicial skills and arcane knowledge, to alliviate illness and act as a protector to those who are defenceless against the strange things that lurk in the night.

If any one would like to draw Doctor Titus Crow, i would love to see what you come up with, it is always nice to

In the zone of non-PF oriented requests...

I have been working for some years on a campaign guide for my homebrew setting that is up to some 125 pages lately. Paizo has been inspiring me lately to blow it up even more by making 12ish iconics for the setting.

Anyone wanna do 12 in a row? heh

Hey I wonder if anyone would be interested in drawing Tristan Lidu from my Lidu Diaries?

Although she's not a pathfinder PC I'd love to have a picture to link to my journals. If anyone's a fan of the diary then I'd love to see your interpretation, if not, and an artist is willing to lend their time and talent, I'll give a full description as needed . . . perhaps via email as to not clutter up this thread with non-awesome art related stuff.

Liberty's Edge

Hey guys, there’s some fantastic art posted here.

I was lucky enough to have James Keegan draw my Planescape character, Thorn (you can see him on James’ page), but if anyone feels like drawing up another character or two, that’d be cool.

My Pathfinder character is Elisile Starbrow, a female Golarion High Elf. She is currently a ranger 1 / transmuter 3 (probably going for Eldritch Knight or similar).

She is of medium height (5’5”), quick and slender. Long black hair to mid back; worn loose when at ease, but normally tied back into a pony tail (tightly bound at top and bottom) when adventuring. She has a narrow face, fairly small mouth and nose, but large, somewhat expressionless eyes – black on blue. Her ears rise to points just above her head, fairly close to the head (not sticking out).

Her generally flawless, pale skin is marred by a jagged scar on her belly (although this is normally kept covered).

She normally wears tight fitting mostly dark coloured clothes of functional design; cloth shirt or tunic and thick hose, a leather vest and leather forearm guards. Almost knee high leather boots. In cold weather a short hooded cloak.

Her favoured weapon is a long, intricately carved composite longbow (with an accompanying quiver of arrows), although she sometimes uses a thin, slightly curved sword, and usually has two or three daggers tucked about her person.

Her spellbook and a few items of equipment are kept in a battered satchel that she wears over her shoulder. Her belt is heavy with spell component pouches, a scroll case or two, and some thin potion flasks.

Ornamentation is fairly minimal; a magical ring of protection, a thin circlet around her head adorned with a highly polished stone at her forehead, and a small gold shield pinned to her vest. She doesn’t wear armour, instead relying on various protective spells.

---

If anyone feels like something a bit different, I also have Lightbringer, the warforged paladin from Eberron.

He is 6 foot 6 inches tall, and extremely wide shouldered and bulky thanks to his adamantine plating (essentially a permanently attached suit of heavy plate armour, sans helmet).

By comparison to his bulky body, his head is quite small, rounded, almost skull-like in appearance, with nothing much in the way of nose or ears, deep hollow eye sockets with silver glowing gems at their centre, and an articulated jaw. An arcane glyph is carved into his forehead.

His colouring is generally a matte, dark charcoal colour with silver highlights, but he has a large symbol of The Silver Flame (a silver arrow head surrounded by dancing flames) engraved and inlayed with silver on his chest.

He normally does not wear clothes, except at times a ragged but voluminous cloak, and sometimes a military sash bearing his old army medals.

He wields an ancient and magical greatsword, crafted by the giants of Xendrick, that resizes to suit its wielder as his favoured weapon. His hands have been replaced with gauntlets of Ogre Power.

He is slow and ponderous, but strong, and has a lot of momentum behind him when he charges into battle.

Wow... lots of requests today! I have to hurry up to take some of these up... Back to the drawing board! (I wish Ihad a drawing board...)

Yup, I did say I'd try to work on it. I've got a couple of days off coming up this week, so I'll see what the schedule looks like, but Benchak and I still need to finish our sample PDF for Paizo before anything else can get done.

GAAH! I'VE GOT SO MUCH COOL SHIT TO DO!

I absolutely have to take this one, just because it's such a cool concept.

I also absolutely have to take Mothman's paladin character, because I LOVE DRAWING WARFORGED.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to get a couple hours of sleep, get up for an 8 AM portfolio review, draw for 48 hours nonstop, then commit seppuku for taking so many f#!%ing commissions.

Cool! I figured I could count on you for a warforged.

He’s a bit shorter and more solidly built than Brick, for reference.

I see him looking a bit like a WH40K Necron wearing Space Marine armour, if that helps, or makes any sense.

Absolutely. It's the least that can be done...

There's not much chance of it ever being published for hard cash or anything, so no worries there. I have probably cribbed too much from Gurps or the LOTR appendices over the years to make that feasible. (Plus most of the "scripture" is reworked Genesis lyrics.) It's mostly an exercise for me, and as a handout for home-game players to ooh and aah over and then utterly not bother to read. ;)

As for a setting description... I would describe Elbin Reach as a high-magic, low fantasy setting I based on my semi-obsession with Irish and British folksongs and such. There is a focus on regional/racial/religious conflict and tensions between the civilized, monotheistic invaders and the native pagan hordes. It's one part post-Norman-Robin-Hood-Olde-Englande, one part neo-Celtic fantasy land, and one more part for every Steeleye Span album I could manage to work into it.

Time is not so much an issue, as this has been an ongoing project for years. I was thinking I might get the next "edition" done by next summer hopefully. So there would be no real deadline, save for my slavering excitement and eagerness to see the results.

I spent some time last night fleshing out my ideas for iconics for the setting. I will try to post some later today if I have enough time here...

mmm interesting

i think good references would be the recent King Arthur (Merlin is an excelent Druid, and Arthur the master strategist)

i suppose that... the other image that comes to mind for the druid is the one in 2nd Edition picture (a woman in a fitting dress of leaves) but this might be to fantastic

Hey, I'd like someone to draw my PbP character, Grael. He is a human, born blind. He has a hood which he keeps over his eyes generally. He is slightly pale, and carries a staff with ivy twined around it. On his other arm perches a black screech owl. Is this enough information?

I got several commissions on the side that I MUST take care of that will take me at least two weeks to tackle down... these are 13 donation/paid/free magazine commissions, and I hope you'll understand I must give priority to these. I'll try to squeeze the regular stuff among these not to keep you waiting too much AGAIN...

Please be patient with me...and sorry in advance for more delays

Silver Crusade

I have a couple more but no rush on them.

Spoiler:
Roker - Awakened medium sized crocodile barbarian/fighter (chainmail or studded leather barding)

Captain Phen Splyer - Aventi druid/legendary captain he has long blond hair wears a hide shirt and wields his father's cold iron scimitar (which is an ancestral relic).
