Adventure Game Studio is a program that makes it relatively easy for anyone with just a bit of programming know-how to make an old fashioned point-and-click adventure games that can be played on their own. Some people have pushed it for all it's worth and have made other types of games with it as well. As should be expected from any large collection of amateur games, many of the games in the AVG library tend to be poorly made, simple, buggy, or just plain juvenile. But there are numerous gems to be found there(random examples at the bottom of the post).

Would Paizo be okay with someone making a game set in Golarion? At first glance it seems to fall under the same domain as fan art and fanfiction, but you never know. And after that crucial question:

What kind of plot would you be looking for in a Golarion adventure game?

What kind of hero? Original or one of the iconics?

Where should it be set?

Combat system or no combat system?

Note that I'm not exactly throwing my hat in the ring to work on one; I'm busy working on an AVG game already. This is more to wrangle those with more time and capabilty(programming and art-wise) who would be interested in such a project but haven't heard of AGS.
