DOOM RPG - I love this game.
Wolfenstein RPG - This is about a week old by now.
Orcs and Elves I and II - I own the first one, and love it.

It's not really an RPG, but I just saw a preview of Assassin's Creed for the iPhone on IGN.com that looked pretty cool.
Me, I've only got two iPhone games: Fieldrunners (awesome tower defense) and LightBike (Tron light cycle ripoff good for dumb fun).
I'd love some recommendations. My art director James Davis, for example, won't shut up about something called "Rollando", so I'll probably check that out. Plants vs. Zombies looks like it might be fun, too.
