I ordered and paid for Blueprint Backdrops - Golden Eel Inn twice.

Neither time did it show up on my downloads. I did it the second time because I thought I missed it in the first order.

I checked, and the Golden Eel Inn does show up on your "My Downloads" page. Since you have so many PDFs there, I had to find it by doing a "Find on this page" search (Ctrl-F) for "Golden Eel".

It did not pop up on the top of your downloads with the rest from your order because it is near the bottom. Orders 974931 and 974930 are actually the second and third time you've purchased this PDF. You originally bought it in 2006 on order 658555.

I will go ahead and refund you for the PDF on both of these orders. :)

Every time we have one of these things I feel dumber... Thanks Cos you are the best. I tried to figure out what I had and didn't have before I filled out the rest of my collection - guess I missed one.

Certainly not! Dumb, that is.

You have a ton of PDFs in your My Downloads section, and I totally understand how this could happen. In fact, organizing the appearance of the My Downloads section, as well as giving you notice if you try to purchase a PDF your already own, are two things that have been on the "To Do" list for a very long time. Unfortunately there are many, many things above these on the list, so it may not happen for a while. Thankfully (so far) this doesn't happen very often, so it isn't yet a critical issue. But with more and more subscribers getting new PDFs every month, this is definitely on the horizon. So therefore, I want you to know that this is a recognized problem and we are trying to get out in front of it.
