1} "Centaur of Attention"
Check Dungeon issues #60-63.
Or not...
The PCs are walking up to (or through) town and they see an NPC jerk treating a centaur like a beast of burden: poor thing has a bridle and is lashed to a wagon full of merchandise. NPC commoners are kind of outraged at the treatment of the centaur but can't (or won't) do anything about it.
2} "Wedding Day"
Dungeon 59.
A great "there is no deeper evil involved" adventure.
Some noble hires the PCs to make sure his daughter's wedding goes of without any embarrasments.
A spurned lover wants to crash the wedding festival -- tries to put sneezing powder on the cake; tries to use ventriloquism during the ceremony, etc. There's no fighting in this one.
It's a fun little adventure where jaded PCs (according to a Prison-Mail letter a few issues later) are convinced something really evil or sinister is going on. But nothing is. It's wonderful.
3} "Challenge of Champions"
Check the Dungeon 150 index; I think there are 6 of these.
4} What campaign are you running next? You might want to read over it and think about what kind of side trek will lead into what's next, complete with leads, teasers and hooks. If you get a feel for what you're looking for let us know and we can make some specific suggestions.

There are some great 1st-4th ones, but I figure that's too much conversion / upscale for 6th.
Most of these are about that level, or readily scaled.
