I was just curious if there had been a problem with Pathfinder #8?

It isn't just that I haven't received the print copy, the PDF isn't showing in My Downloads, so it isn't a lost in the post problem, I doubt it actually got dispatched. #7 and #9 are in My Downloads, and it looks like I am due to get #9 imminently.

So, I wasn't sure if it was just me or it had affected others. I did e-mail customer services, no repsonse as yet but it was about a week ago. Any advice?

It looks like your Pathfinder #8 order was incorrectly associated with the wrong payment method. I reset the payment method and re-processed the order, so we will get the order shipped out to you as soon as possible. I apologize for the delay and the inconvenience.

I didn't received Pathfinder #8, I received the message about the shiping but nothing in the letter box?
May be it's a post problem in France but I want to be sure it was really sent.

Christian, mine arrived today (I live in Lyon, France). I guess yours is going to arrive very soon too.


I got the shipment for PF8 yesterday (live in Spain), but I got the wrong issue, and PF7 was put in the box instead. Instead waiting for customer service to see how to fix that. My pdf download works fine, though.

Je vais mettre un Pathfinder #8 (Trouveur de chemin?) dans le prochaine expédition de votre abonnement. Si votre livre arrive avant que le remplacement se transporte, veuillez faites-moi savoir ainsi je peux décommander le remplacement.

Je fais des excuses si le Français est terrible, mais j'apprécie la langue et essaye de l'employer toutes les fois que je peux. Avec l'aide des poissons de Babel, naturellement. :)

Encore fois... en anglais:

Exactly my problem too...

now I have two copies of Pathfinder #7 and none of #8. :(

I'm sorry to hear that! A replacement Volume #8 should be shipped with Volume #10 for you.
