Check out our crazy Dark Challenges at Sinister. We are looking for some up and coming new designers with mad skillz to join our crew!

Thank you so very much for this Nick. I've never designed anything myself before and while it was a challenge I've sent you a spawn for the shark god. I'm sure you'll get worlds better from other people, but being able to create a critterbeast all by myself has improved my confidence that I can do DM-like things no end!

Whoever wins, the spawn of the shark god should have a name like Bench or Bechleny or something. You see what I'm saying?

$100 and a published credit!

Come on people... dig in and embark on yer new careeeeeeeeeers as RPG privateeeeeers! Arr!

The booty challenge was a tough one, sanity shredding treasurepiles to me means that you have to beat Logue at his own game.

But the things I will do for credit and money.

I haven't checked these boards recently so I missed the monster round. I did put in for the 'booty' round however. I thought the entry really wrote itself, I liked the theme/boundaries. So keep an eye out for Rum Cask of the Suffering Bastard :P

Hey, we spent months reading entries and voting for the best "up coming new designers with mad skillz."

I understand that you want to increase involvement in rpg and that competition draws people in, but look after those of us who invested our time and energy in the last competition. What's on the agenda for those RPG Superstar contestants?

Are you utilizing their talents now that you've found them? (And that includes Kisko.) When will we see more of their products?

We've invested in them and we want to see their work.

I believe the wording was 100 gold pieces.....I want gold pieces!!! ;P
Actually I am close to done an outline and I have a question for you Nick.
Does the treasure have to include a new, original magic item of some sort?

Heh, actually I misread the contest details which are to 'Design the lost treasure of Bloodbane in great detail (up to 1,000 words)'. For some reason the first time I read it I thought I was to design a piece of the treasure (as in single item). So my bad, guess I will resubmit and hope they take it. I don't see anything in there about having to put in a magic item so I figure it is optional. And yes, I am expecting 100 actual gold coins if I win, preferably these kind :P

Just write resubmit in the subject line and you are good to go!
