Is it okay to print five copies of chapters 1-4 for player use?
I will be changing the names of some of the Houses to match my game.

As far as I'm concerned, this is a perfectly fine use of the PDF. You're not redistributing it, reselling it, or anything like that. Setting up printouts for your players like this is pretty cool.
If I print it out and shalack it to make a rain coat is that ok too?
