I think it's a Chasmosaurus.
I think I see a right horn occluded by the character in the foreground.

It is a triceratops. 2 horns on the head frill and one on it's nose. You can see it better in the full-sized pic, one of the horns is behind Valeros's flying body, poking out from above and behind him.
A Picture for reference.
And the original Picture embiggened.

I don't know, the nose horn looks a bit longer in the pic than a typical Chasmosaur, although they are probably close enough to be either(and I believe they are in the same family). This isn't The Museum of Natural History so a bit of creative license is probably happening....It's D&D Dino-mount!

I'm going by the frill size, but yih; I don't want Southpark to mock me for a geekument over which ceratopsian species is represented. ;)
Bingo!!! On your blowed up pic, fakey, there I see the horns on the side of the jaw. I think it's a pentaceratops. Or it could be a torosaurus. Sheesh!!!

Eat your heart out, Audubon.
(edit)I'm sticking with Chasmosaurus.
Wow, good comparison pic! I have to change my thinking and agree with you, chasmosaurus. The structure of the horns and the way they grow out from the head point more towards Chasmo rather than Tricera.

Yea, I missed that other horn when I first looked at it. Still, a 1 upper horn version of a triceratops or chasmosaurus would be pretty cool.

Alrighty ... so what do you think is riding it? A lizardfolk?
Looks like a Lizardfolk to me.
Mike.....Just why? Is there some huge mechanical difference between the different dino-types suggested? You aren't spoiling anything by giving a confirmation as to what type of dino it is. It's not like some huge spoiler is gonna be revealed and all the world will weep due to it getting out...I hate when people act all secrety.....

I was referring to the lizardfolk. I don't remember what kind of dinosaur it is.

I think Chasmosaurus was a bit smaller than Triceratops; I'm not sure if it was small enough to be considered "large" rather than Triceratops "huge" size ... The one in the Crucible of Chaos illo is probably big enough to be huge rather than large, but it's hard to tell for sure.
I'm guessing that whichever one it is it uses the Triceratops stats; the two would, in my opinion, be too similar to justify a different set of stats - unless you decide that Chas is only large.

Maybe Paizo doesn't pay him enough to buy the vowel.
