Hey guys-
I am new to the PbP thing, but I can see James is getting real busy in Real Life and PM003 seems to have issues in RL as well. I was looking forward to playing something, and I had a lot of fun interacting with y'all at the World Serpent Inn, but honestly I think we are running out of things to do over there. Anyone have a game I could jump into? I am a little rusty with play mechanics, but I am all about the RPing, and I am settled enough in my life to be able to post regularly. I'd like to try something while I'm waiting on the Planescape to start.
Maybe you should just pop into Wolf's thread and ask him.

If the word is good, then I'd need one of you to take over a gnome rogue/beguiler/bard/generic expert type PC to give me a party of eight. I have already sort of offered him to Guy.

It's all cool man. You mentioned that you have had "players" as in plural go missing so I thought you needed more than one, now that I read the recent posts on your thread I figured out what you meant. So by all means keep it down to Guy. On the other hand, pbp with Patrick is looking like some good fun judging from the World Serpent thread and it's always nice to get some players with flair.
Me? I'm good for now. Saltmarsh is rocking and Rad's Ravenloft looks like it's gonna be sinister. I don't know if you have heard about mwbeeler, but the Dark Sun campaign is on a slow simmer for the time being cause he's in a serious situation, the big C has come calling.
I never joined your game from the get go because I want to give other people the chance to get in and that certainly applies to Patrick. So don't worry about me, brother.

Yeah Wolf, don't worry about me, it's all good. I read your game thread and it looks fantastic (I love the Arabic elements since I studied the language). I totally understand you having little room, I was just tossing an idea out there if you did have space. Don't sweat if you don't have the room, I am sure I can find something else later on. Thanks for the thought though.

We're sort of on it. Not everyone in outside pbps seems to know that's what's happening in there, so people don't just drop in with their characters, know what I mean? My HALO game character has been through, Eir's getting a little smashed and need a good sleep, so someone else is gonna have trundle in soon.

I am sure James will come through eventually, I was just thinking if there was a spot open somewheres I could jump in and play a bit. I am sorely rusty on play mechanics, although I have kept up with the game over the years there are few players in this neighborhood and I have only been in 2 3.5 games, both very short-term. I didn't really know of these boards until I came here after the whole Dragon/Dungeon/4e brouhaha. I wish I was more familiar with 3.5, I would DM my own Planescape game. I will keep an eye open on the boards if either of you need a warm body. Thanks again.

I'm waiting for the Gazetteer to start my game. There's a commoner game up now run by Fabesmini. Plus lots of other games will start up. It seems that somewhere around 10-25% of games fold or never take off, although I may be wrong about that. So don't sweat it when one goes south. Also, if you play one, you might as well play 4, or as Radavel might argue, you might as well play 10 (or so).
Ok, as Wolf has, I'm going to enter another game in lieu of this one. I hope everything works out for you PM and we'll all be happy to see you again, but I no longer think I could make a commitment to this game if you come back and get it rolling.
