Hi guys...

I find that I am loving your products so much that I have a hard time waiting for the PDF. I just changed my shipping preference to UPS today (not that I expect that to change anything in the queue) but wanted to point it out in case doing so helped make the change on your end.

Unfortunately your Module is already in the shipping queue, so I cannot really make any changes to the order at this time without delaying the shipment and re-queuing it, which would delay the shipment by several days at this point. From your poost, it seems that this is an outcome that you would like to avoid. I did ensure that all future shipments on this subscription will be coming to you via UPS.

If you would like me to make this change regardless of the delay, let me know and I will get it changed for you.
