Blame It On The Rain
Milli Vanilli
And they say that today's pop music is manufactured...
Mad World
this is the very good Gary Jules version of the Tears For Fears song

I didn't think that song could sound any bleaker... I stand corrected. You're right, an excellent take.

Put the Lime in the Coconut
Kermit the Frog
Like that last one, did you Vatnisse? I liked "To Life!" best of the ones I've posted so far. Here's another one....

Oh GOD YES! I was never much of a Tears for Fears fan (in fact, as a kid I hated them, though I do like them kinda now) but Gary Jules cover of Mad World (I first heard it in the movie Donnie Darko) is so freaking amazing!
Rock N Roll
Avril Lavigne
Always loved Avril, but this is one of my all time favorites of her songs, plus the video is just hilarious... with a bearshark, "Winnie Cooper," a buzzsaw bladed guitar, and a bonus Billy Zane cameo!
Everything's Alright
Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber
Okay, time for another national anthem!
Majulah Singapura (Singaporean National Anthem)
Zubir Said
My father used to go on the occasional business trip to Singapore. He evidently didn't have as much fun there as one of his co-workers, who had the nerve to go into a shop there and ask for gum. The shopkeeper's response was to freeze for a moment, look in all directions for anyone else, then duck under the counter to a locked cupboard where they kept it.
Entre'Acte
Andrew Lloyd Webber
Life On Mars
Dexter Wansel
Diamond Dust Zone
Jun Senoue and Tatsuyuki Maeda
She's Gone
Hall and Oates
Heigh-Ho
Frank Churchill and Larry Morey
Bones of the Night
Mark Morgan and Richard Band
My Eyes
Dio
R.I.P. Ronnie
Daimonion
Project Pitchfork
Living in America
James Brown
My oldest recently watched Rocky IV in her History class, and her teacher had them take is apart as a propaganda film... my first though was, no way, it's Rocky!... oh, well... I guess so.

Rush
Aly & AJ (aka 78Violet)
Another Perfect Day
Motörhead
The title track of my favourite album. The Brian Robertson experiment didn't work out, but man, did he write and play some zingers.

Wait, what? Who's dead now?
It was surprisingly hard to find a even halfway-decent rendition of this next song - which is what I consider this to be, sorry to say....
Magical Lasso

The Man on the Silver Mountain, the Stargazer, the Master of the Moon, Mister Ronnie James Dio shuffled off his mortal coil. He and Bruce Dickinson completely represent what I love in metal vocals. Sure, sometimes the lyrics are kinda DnD-parody-ish, but the power and delivery given by Dio was magic to me. I wore a black armband the day he died (and will again when the boys from Maiden pass on as well).
Long Live Rock and Roll
Rainbow
What? How did I double-post earlier? Sorry, folks...
Run to the Hills
The Iron Maidens
Ravel's Theme
Mark Morgan and Richard Band
For those of you unfamiliar with the game (if so, you want to rectify that, trust me), Ravel is the game's most pivotal character, outside of the protagonist, so I'm frankly disappointed with this fairly lackluster theme.
Blowing in the Wind
Peter, Paul and Mary
Agent Orange
Depeche Mode
And now at long last, ladies, gentlemen, and otherkin...Cthulhu. Will. SIIIIIIIIIIIIING!!!
