I still have NOT received my original or replacement Dungeon 145....Can you guys just put it with the miniatures I just ordered????? Or sent it priority mail or something. :(

Dark Archive

Thank you! I just got my replacement :)

I have not received Dungeon 145 either (nor Dragon 354). I did send an email to customer service about this, but seeing as how a message posted in the Dragon subscription forum netted me a replacement for that issue within hours, I suppose I'll post here as well.

Since this happened to both Dragon and Dungeon in the same month while I've never had a problem in years of being subscribed to both, does someone have a minute to make sure there's nothing wrong with my account? My address was changed back in December or January, but looks correct.

Also both subscriptions were coming close to expiring, but according to the website were still active (though my Dragon subscription said my last issue was 355, but shortly after 354 shipped it changed to "expired"). I have renewed Dragon since then and will be renewing Dungeon in the next day or two. But I wanted to check and see if anything was up with it before I make changes.

Thanks!!

Ken, I received and responded to your email!

I still haven't received my copy of DUNGEON Magazine #145, as of Apr04/07. I'll check again tomorrow and Friday, but if I don't have it by Monday then I'd appreciate a replacement copy.

p.s. Interestingly enough, I did get both the original and the replacement of DUNGEON #144. The original arrived first and I had thought it was the replacement.

I just received my Dungeon 146 today (4/5/07) but not my Dungeon 145 yet...

A month ago, I complained that my Dungeon #144 hadn't arrived. A replacement copy was sent (Thanks!), which I received on 2007-03-16 (addressed to my regular subscription address, but in handwriting -- so that's how I know that this was the replacement copy). I still haven't received my original copy of that issue.

Now, as it turns out, I still haven't received any copy of Dungeon #145, neither. According to the magazine shipment status page of your European redistributor, they sent the issue to European subscribers on 2007-03-06 -- a month ago tomorrow.

I'm starting to suspect that these delays (which at least for the case of Dungeon #144 looks more and more likely to be a lost-in-the-mail occurence) are becoming the norm for me, which would be disheartening, as I've recently become a subscriber of Dragon as well as Dungeon.

Could you please check whether there is something wonky with my subscription data at your European redistributor? And, also please send me a replacement copy of Dungeon #145?

Dark Archive

(sigh) I received a copy Dungeon 146 AGAIN today (4/6/07) after I already received my regular issue of Dungeon 146 yesterday. May I PLEASE get my Dungeon 145?????? I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi,

I'm checking with our European partner to be sure he's got your address correct and I'm asking him to send you a replacement. If DU146 doesn't arrive, we may need to get a different address to ship these to. Please keep us posted and thanks for being so patient.

Please note that my subscription address haven't changed since my Dungeon subscription started, and I've only recently begun experiencing these delivery delays/failures. Hence, I think my subscription address is good.

Thanks for the reply, I'll keep you posted on any development.

Has of today April 10th I still haven't recieved my Dragon #354/Dungeon #145.

anyone else in Eastern Canada having this issue?

Yes I'm having the same problem. I'm in Prince Edward Island and haven't yet received Dungeon #145 or Dragon #354.

I recieved Dungeon #145 yesterday, so it seems it's Canada Post that is just way too slow at this time of year...

Thought I'd let you know that my first subscription Dragon magazine (#355) arrived yesterday, only 10 days after the "Ships to subscribers" date given on paizo.com. That's quick -- even more so if the copy has been sent by way of The Place for Games in the UK before being shipped to me here in Norway.

This happy occurence ought to confirm that it's not my subscription address (as registered on paizo.com) that is problematic. :-)

I did notice that Dragon #355 arrived wrapped in nothing but a transparent plastic cover; I seem to recall that my earlier subscription copies of Dungeon used to arrive inside a paper envelope. If this is a recent change in how you (or The Place for Games) wraps the magazines before shipping them, I guess it is conceivable (although unlikely) that this could explain why I'm suddenly having these delivery problems with my Dungeon subscription.

To complete this status update, I've still had no sign of any Dungeon -- neither original nor replacement copies. :-(

Just to make sure...

That's no sign of a Dungeon since Dungeon 144, right? That is to say you have not yet received Dungeon 145 nor 146, right?

I have received the replacement copy of Dungeon 144 (on 2007-03-16) whereas the original 144 still haven't turned up. As far as Dungeon 145 and 146 goes, I haven't seen neither any original nor replacement yet.

I show a replacement 145 shipping to you from The Place for Games on 4/6/07 and, according to their website, Dungeon 146 shipped out on 4/3/07.

Therefore, these issues should still be on their way to you.

Thanks!

I received my replacement copy yesterday (thanks again btw)

And my original appeared on my doorstep this morning (almost 2 months after it has been shipped to subscribers, sheesh...)

A great magazine nonetheless

I just got my Dungeon 146. This is great.
However, my Dungeon 145 has not come to my mailbox yet, and I suppose that since I already have 146 that 145 should be here by now. (Hard to understand logic, I know.)

Can I get a replacement of 145?

Thanks.

I am happy to report that my original copy of Dungeon 146 arrived yesterday (2007-04-17).

My hopes for receiving the replacement copy of Dungeon 145 in the near future are currently quite high. :-)

Well, I've just recieved the REPLACEMENT 145 in the yellow envelope. It would seem like the original was lost... Now I'm waiting for 146, which I usually get around this time of the month. I hope it doesn't get lost as well.

Thanks dude!

I have still not received my copy of Issue #145!!!

This is taking way to long. I should not have to wait 2 months for each issue!

I am very annoyed!

Never mind. It was in the mail today. Still, that's a total of 60 days from the shipping date to today. That's way too long, IMO. Hopefully, issue #146 won't take as long.

I still haven't recieved Dungeon 145 and 146. I posted this some time ago, but have recieved no response.

You seem to be cheerfully sending out replacement copies to other folks, but for some, unexplained reason, this offer has not been made to me.

My concern is easily understood, as #150 will be the last issue. I don't want to miss out.

Missing Dungeon Issue #145 must be a problem for a number of people. I have #144 and just received #146, but no #145!

How do I get a replacement Dungeon #145 shipped to me? Is there an online form?

I'm sorry to report that I am still waiting for Dungeon 145 to arrive (either the original or the replacement).

I've asked The Place for Games about normal delivery times to Norwegian addresses. They said "within 7-10 days, lodge a missing issue after 14 days", so even when I factor in the Easter holidays just after my replacement was shipped, I certainly ought to have received the replacement copy by now.

Is there anything I or you can do to help debug/fix this delivery issue? Is there any other way to resolve this than by attempting to send another replacement (e.g. if it's possible to reimburse this missing issue to my subscription account, I can probably still find a copy of Dungeon 145 at my local gaming shop -- however, given that my Dungeon and Dragon subscriptions will be converted to Pathfinder issues in just a few months, this will only be useful to me if the reimbursion brings my tally up enough to cover for (at least :-) one more Pathfinder issue)?
