You could do what James says and lead a perfectly normal, happy life. But, wouldn't it be better to make up your own trap?
Here is an idea, sorry if it is boring:
"A simple piano wire trip-line is strung one inch above the back lower edge. If a PC trips it four spring loaded three foot spikes pop out from the lower edge of the rig. The spikes are evenly spaced and parallel to the ground."
Happy New Year!! :)

In the Treasure section of T6 it says, "(although the rear of the carriage is trapped, see area T8 below)."
In T8 there is no mention of a trap affecting the carriage in T6.
So where is the trap?
Hmm.
Actually, there is a trap. The text detailing the trap is also found in the description of area T6, above that text. The trap protects the doors leading into area T7, and not the carriage itself. So the carrage is safe to mess with, and if it is searched before the doors to area T7 is opened, a bunch of unholy arrows can be recovered.

Is it too late to get in on the...doh!
Man, what you find six months too late...
In one of the original paytests, the group that decided to 'take' the gold dragon thought the unholy arrows very useful. Not so much a trap, but a hidden treasure...
EDIT: Oh, and I did find the carriage to be a fantastic trap. Having the PCs try to wheel it over the bridge on the way out as the stone golem animates...sure, so it's a trap the PCs create for themselves...
